9th Nov 2011 Broken Weather Gadget - Fixed! Looks like the BBC turned off their old feeds, and combined the uk & world feeds into one! I`ve released an update for the weather gadget to fix this. The clever people at the BBC are shortly releasing a whole new weather site, so hopefully no further breakages when that happens! 23rd Feb 2011 Domain Changed Sigh.. a mix up with the "auto-renew" setting that I had set on my dailysnooze.com domain meant that I lost it when it didnt auto-renew (thanks nameroute), and of course some enterprising **** snapped it up straight away. Not pleased. I have owned that domain for years. I`ve therefore updated my contact details on these pages to dailysnooze-gadgets instead. 17th Sept 2010 Help Updated I`ve finally updated the Help / FAQ section with instructions to get the gadgets working under Windows 7. Please Contact Me if you still run into problems. 9th Sept 2010 BBC Feeds Downtime I received lots of emails telling me that the gadgets had stopped working. It seems the BBC Feeds were down for a couple of days, but they are back now! Unsure what happened at the BBC. 28th July 2009 Silverlight 3 works now Thank you to the Silverlight team at Microsoft for investigating this and finding a workaround to the issues caused by the upgrade to Silverlight 3! Special thanks to Stefan Wick! 12th July 2009 Silverlight 3 does not work HOW ANNOYING. Microsoft, THANK YOU! After my hard work creating these gadgets in Silverlight 2, you suddenley introduced cross domain policy checking in Silverlight 3 for gadgets. This means therefore that anyone who installs Silverlight 3 will not have a working gadget as it cant get the headlines or weather data. Typical. Some work with Microsoft/BBC required on this I`m afraid... sorry everyone. 9th July 2009 v1.02 of news gadget with debugger error fix I had a couple of reports of a debugger error popping up every now and again when the gadget tries to refresh.
